If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Archive of Now, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The 30-day window we offer exceeds this legal minimum.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty

How to return your order:

1. Repackage your item(s) securely
2. Email us at [archiveofnow26@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return
3. We'll reply with a return label within 1–2 business days
4. Print the label and affix it to your package
5. Drop it off at your nearest post office

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
